Mermaid Mailbox
From the Facebook link: “This group celebrates the legend of the Mermaid Mailbox! If you find one, you are welcome to a treasure inside while leaving a new treasure for the next visitor. The location is a SECRET to be discovered by YOU – and mustn’t be shared! Psst . . . you can walk to the mailbox.
The HISTORY: The original Mermaid Mailbox was a residential mailbox that washed down the Santa Rosa Sound from Arkansas St on Navarre Beach during Hurricane Sally in 2020. Some local folks found it lying on the shore and stuck it upright – and a local treasure was born! That first location was on the shore of military property and became so visited, it had to be removed for security. Since the Mermaid Mailbox had become such a legend, locals conspired to put up another!”
Walk the Beach
Walking or jogging on the beach is the best! When you want to cool off, walk into the surf. I have learned that the best time to go shelling is right after a storm. It churns up the shells from the Gulf and sends them ashore.
Beach Volleyball
Play beach volleyball at Juana’s (.6 miles) or Windjammers on the Pier (.4 miles). Both are in walking distance.
Ping Pong Tables
Free for Owners and Guests. 12 years of age and up (for check out). Required: $10.00 deposit or driver’s license (held until returned).

The Fitness Center is located on the 1st floor approximately midway of the building. The access code is in the blue binder. Please be mindful of the Fitness Center Rules:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING YOUR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS;
EXERCISE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
1. Fitness center is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for Regency Guests.
2. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 14 IS PERMITTED IN THE FITNESS CENTER.
3. Anyone AGES 14 – 16 must be ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
4. FOOD OR DRINK (other than water) is NOT ALLOWED.
5. Proper attire (shirts, pants and shoes) is required at all times. BATHING SUITS AND BARE FEET ARE NOT ALLOWED.
6. Please contact the management immediately if there is a problem with any of the equipment.
7. Be considerate of others; share the equipment and the television (30-minute limit when people are waiting).
8. Use towels and cleaner provided to clean the equipment after use but please do not spray the cleaner directly onto the equipment.
