Walk the Beach
Walking or jogging on the beach is the best! When you want to cool off, walk into the surf. I have learned that the best time to go shelling is right after a storm. It churns up the shells from the Gulf and sends them ashore.
Beach Volleyball
Play beach volleyball at Juana’s (.6 miles) or Windjammers on the Pier (.4 miles). Both are in walking distance.

Free for Owners and Guests. 12 years of age and up (for check out). Required: $10.00 deposit or driver’s license (held until returned).

The Fitness Center is located on the 1st floor approximately midway of the building. The access code is in the blue binder. Please be mindful of the Fitness Center Rules:

EXERCISE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
1. Fitness center is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for Regency Guests.
2. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 14 IS PERMITTED IN THE FITNESS CENTER.
3. Anyone AGES 14 – 16 must be ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
4. FOOD OR DRINK (other than water) is NOT ALLOWED.
5. Proper attire (shirts, pants and shoes) is required at all times. BATHING SUITS AND BARE FEET ARE NOT ALLOWED.
6. Please contact the management immediately if there is a problem with any of the equipment.
7. Be considerate of others; share the equipment and the television (30-minute limit when people are waiting).
8. Use towels and cleaner provided to clean the equipment after use but please do not spray the cleaner directly onto the equipment.

Wheelchair Access
“Mobi-Mat paves the way for all abilities to reach the beach. Santa Rosa County crews have installed a Mobi-Mat at the Navarre Beach Kayak/SCUBA boardwalk so persons of all abilities can “get relaxing” on Navarre Beach via a new ADA-accessible rollout pathway. The Mobi-Mat makes traversing the sugar-white sand more sturdy for people using wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. The mat, which begins where the kayak launch ends, is 100 ft. long by five ft. wide.
Although the mat will make travel to and from the reef much easier for kayakers and divers, the main goal is to allow those who would otherwise not be able to get to the beach the ability to enjoy it more easily.”

Windjammers on the Pier Walk on the beach and run under the pier, turn to your left. There are several volleyball courts here. In the Summer, they show Jaws among other movies outside.
NOTE: I have heard from other guests that you can go to a Publix (local grocery store) and have them steam the crab legs for you. Then you just take them back to the condo to enjoy.
